The Wimbledon semi-final between second seed Aryna Sabalenka and No. 8 Karolina Pliskova will play a third set.
Sabalenka won the first set 7-5 and Pliskova won the second 6-4 on center court.
The winner will face first Ash Barty on Saturday.

Top-ranked Ash Barty reached her first final at Wimbledon beating Angelique Kerber 6-3, 7-6 (3).
Kerber served for the second set at 5-3 but was broken for love on center court.
Barty then took a 6-0 lead in the tiebreaker and converted his fourth match point when Kerber netted a backhand.
Kerber won Wimbledon in 2018 and finished second in 2016.
Aryna Sabalenka faced Karolina Pliskova in the second semi-final.
